Buy Basic 69$ Kindle

I live in Pune, India. I want to buy a basic 69$ Kindle.

The price at Chroma is Rs 6,999, which seems too much. I feel it should cost something around 4K.

Can you suggest a way to get it with COD at a reasonable price?
