Transfer Improved Kindle 3.4 font to Kindle DXG?
Devices: Kindle 3 Keyboard 3.4
Kindle DX Graphite 2.5.8 w/jailbreak & Font Hack I remember the Kindle 3.4 update improved upon the standard Caecilia font, and judging the two devices side by side, I like the look of the darker fonts on the Kindle 3. Is there any way to get that darker font from the Kindle 3 onto the DXG? Or is that improvement only due to the k3's improved firmware? Many thanks in advance. |

This has been answered somewhere before IIRC. have a hunt arond
The improvements were in the "hinting" mainly If I remember what Niluje said correctly. Unsure if the DX will honour those hints. Only one way to find out!! Do it and tell us !
