Thanks for your reply. I had looked at the release notes for the new 0.9.25, and noticed it listed the "Harper's Print Edition" as an improved feature, so I had tried it and indeed it did not crash. However, what I get are the abbreviated articles (with only the first 2 or 3 paragraphs) that I see on their web site as a non-subscriber. Do you know whether this will improve in a later calibre release, or would I need to subscribe to the magazine ("Account login" is now listed as optional, not required).
