Kindle for Windows 8
There is a great little kindle app for Windows 8. Only problem is you can't find the books. I had to go back to k4pc in order to find the books. I've looked around, and haven't seen that anyone has figured out where kindle for Windows 8 puts the books. Has anyone among this august group figured it out?

I've seen it said that the Win8 app keeps them in it's own internal database.

We've discussed this in a couple of other threads here. As AnemicOak rightly points out, it seems that the app keeps the books in an internal database that is not exposed to the outside world.
