Hello from Seattle
I am currently researching e-ink devices as part of my job. (I can't believe my luck!) We have a first gen iRex iLiad, a Sony PRS-500, and an Amazon Kindle. We are researching publishing content to for Adobe Digital Edition (epub) and Microsoft Reader.
I just downloaded the Dev Access Shell to my iLiad, so I can run fbreader for epub files. However, I am having difficulty getting it running. I have an epub file but the iLiad still does not recognize it. I'll post a message to the developer forum asking for help. Welcome aboard. I suggest you hit the forum devoted to iLiad for expert help on your problem. Keeping items in their own space helps everyone benefit from the discussion. Besides that is where the experts hang out.

Hello ALL!,
I'm new here, and just now learning the ropes. This website looks wonderful for someone new to the Mobilereader World. I did have a HP-Handheld Computer with Win NT a few years back, when they first came out, really liked it. Don't have anything now, (yet!). I'm starting to look for a reader. Thank you, |
