Sigil's UI Language problem

When I updated Sigil to 0.71 version, Sigil change the UI language back to english. I don't know why！

It still remains in English even if I change the UI language in ZH-CN/ZH-TW . Japanese has the same problem as well.

Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, there is an issue with the ui language that will be fixed for 0.7.2.
