KT - Schedule wifi downloads with cron?
just curious if anyone does this: I have USAToday sent everyday using free webtoread. I can wake my reader up and click "sync and check" and it will download fine. I would like to use a cron script to wake it and do the same thing every day at the same time as I have wifi only. Right now it doesn't try to sync without me waking it up.
I read: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...ight=cron+wifi and a few others with no clear (to me) idea of how to wake and then sync. Any ideas or comments would be very nice? Thanks! |
