Can't create new collection on PRS 650

Hey Guys,
I have Sony PRS 650 and I recently upgraded to win 7 which kinda of forced me to install a new version of the Sony Reader For PC.
The problem is that with this new version, I can't create new collection when I want to organize my books.

I connect my PRS650 to the computer and then when open the reader for PC and switch to the collection's tab, I can only view them rather than creating a new ones.

Can anyone help please?

P.s
Maybe it's because I didn't authorize this computer or something?
