Unable to download covers

I am currently unable to download covers. I attempted to do this with version .9.12 and version .9.13 and .9.14 have not corrected the issue. The error message is below.

Disable your antivirus.

I've disabled my anti-virus and my firewall and the results are the same. Fetching meta data works properly. It's just the book covers that fail.

That is a permission denied error, something on your system is preventing calibre from accessing its temporary files. You need to figure out what that is. Run calibre as administrator, that usually short circuits these kinds of issues.

Running as an administrator does the trick. Thank you!
