How can I make 'PanelView' available for the downloaded PDF?

Hi there,
According to this video, this guy seemed to get the 'Panel View' functional for his downloaded comic. In this case, One Piece was definitely not sold by Amazon.

How can I get 'Panel View' to work on my downloaded comic?

Panelview for personal documents: methods in this thread may work for Touch too.
