Editing Help
I've got a problem with some of my ebooks, in which I need to do some massive editing, but "should" be able to do this via a macro or search and replace.
The problem is I don't have any idea how to create strings to find these. I am basically removing page numbers in a text file that start with either " or * therefore if I use wildcards I get rid of basically everything. If anyone is able to help that would be great, I am going insane doing this manually. Thanks! |

Regular expressions are your friend! Eg, the expression [0-9]* will match any string of digits. Any editor which supports regular expressions (eg BD) should allow you to do this.
