Why HTML2LRF auto create 1 row TOC ?
Hi ,
I've noticed that no matter how many htmls I use to create a book using html2lrf (with all default parameters) I always get 1 line in the TOC which is what written in the 2nd linked html always (inside <h1> tags). any explanation ? does the html2lrf assume the 2nd html file is a TOC and I can manually create one for my book ? |
