possible h1 bug in Sigil 0.6.1?

I just installed Sigil 0.6.1 to test my header problem, whenever I clicked the h1 button, the h1 tag was not added to the code, h2 and h3 seems fine. Has anyone else had similar problem or it's my WinXP acting up?

Works (as previous) fine CV or BV, windows 32 bit version on XP

Hmmm, weird, I'm using 32bits WinXP, but whenever I clicked on the h1, the div tag just disappeared, but with h2 and h3 worked just fine, I'll checked it again later.
