Tried to restore a jailbroken kindle touch that had ad free and screensaver hack

So my kindle touch was jailbroken, had launcher installed, ads removed and custom screensavers. I am going to see it and wanted it back to factory settings. Either with or without special ads. I went into settings and reset the device. It deregistered the device as well as deleted all my content. The strange thing is that the ads are still gone but there are no screensavers. Not the factory ones or my custom ones. When I power off, it just freezes the screen so it doesn't register touches.

Can you help me do one of the following?

-Restore back to factory settings including ads.
-Keep ad free as is but restore factory screensavers?
