Problem fetching subscription publication

Until recently I was successfully fetching the full, unexcerpted version of a publication to which I have a subscription. For the last two issues, however, I can only fetch the version for non-subscribers, with most of the articles cut off after several paragraphs. I have checked to make sure my user name and password are correct. What can I do to correct this problem?
