Calibre Error

When starting from CL, I get the following error:

~ $ calibre
Error: Unable to open ~/.mtpz-data for reading.
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/library/views.py", line 507, in restore_state
ValueError: too many values to unpack

I have searched Google but, unable to find any reference to this error message. Any help would be appreciated.

You have set an incorrect value for a tweak. Delete

~/.config/calibre/tweaks.py

I get the same error. But calibre seems to run just fine.
I'm running 9.2 on linux

I delete the ~/.config/calibre/tweaks.py
and when I run calibre it creates a new tweaks.py and gives the error.

but it does work fine. weird.

I too have same problem with Ubuntu 12.04 and calibre 0.9.11. Seems run fine. Can read ok, but have the same error "unable to open ~/.mptz-data for reading.
I tried to delete the tweaks.py file but could not find it.

unable to open ~/.mptz-data for reading

comes from the libmtp library and can be ignored, it is not an error.

Can read ok, but have the same error "unable to open ~/.mptz-data for reading. I tried to delete the tweaks.py file but could not find it. Happy New Year everyone
