Scientific American Recipe broken
Hi,
the Scientific American Recipe produces an empty feed (but with structure). I would appreciate if somebody could fix it. Thanks a million, Mixx |

Hello Krittika,
I do not have a subscription. In the past I never had this problem even though I did not have one at that time either. Last time I downloaded a feed must have been some 2 months ago though. It would be great to have at least the "News&Features" part and, perhaps, Technology. Thanxx, Mixx |

Hello Krittika,
I just clicked the home page, then News and then one of the news items (as an example) and then the print version http://www.scientificamerican.com/ar...ust&print=true and get what I want. This might not be the full article but certainly more than plenty information for me. Thank you for your help, Mixx |

Ahhh, apparently it is not as easy as that. What seems to happen is that when I click through myself (say using the RSS pages) and land at an article like
http://www.scientificamerican.com/ar...tial-footprint and click the "print" icon, then I seemingly get http://www.scientificamerican.com/ar...int&print=true and the page is formatted nicely, so that one could take it into the feed. But when I enter http://www.scientificamerican.com/ar...int&print=true directly into the URL window of the browser I am not getting the same, formatted page at all. It seems that the addition of "&print=true" suffix is not as simple as it seems. On other web sites this works and this is how I get a number of feeds.
