Saving page with kindle browser for offline reading into documents folder

Hello,

is it possible to save a page opened in connected kindle web browser so it will remain available all time for reading with no internet connection inside the documents folder? Similar to what you achieve by pressing "ctrl+S" on desktop computer. Are there similar shortcuts or tricks for web browser of kindle 3?

Thank you

Hello, is it impossible to do or is my English so bad as to make the question hard to decipher? I just try to save a webpage to my kindle while browsing the internet with kindle keyboard 3g, I do not have access to no computers, all I have is this kindle and I need to read some pages while offline, it seems simple task with browser on computer but is it no-no with kindle and its web browser alone?

Thanks for any clue or tip.

Cheers

I don't believe that the Kindle's web browser has any "offline" capabilities.

no, i don't think it does. you could go to the webpage on a computer and use one of the "send to kindle" extensions/services, to get it as a document on your kindle.

Thanks for the advice but as I said I have no computer just kindle, besides I do not need the browser to work offline. All I need is to save the page with it (I can read it oflline withon kindle with any any reader able to show html such as the one in Duokan etc. . So is it the case that the browser cant save pages? Is there maybe some alternative browser in kindle or Duokan systems?

Thanks
