Table of contents header levels
I am having ToC problems with my book. I have an html file that was created from a Word file. The Word file uses Header 1 and 2 styles that properly show up as h1 and h2 tags in the html. What I would like is for the main table of contents, the one you get to when selecting "table of contents", to display only the h1 headers, but for the 5-way controller to jump between h1 and h2 headers. Any idea how to do that? I know there are several places in the Structure Detection and Table of Contents sections of the conversion menu on Calibre, but they don't seem to be working the way I thought they would and it's becoming apparent that I simply don't know what I'm doing.
I do have a proper linking ToC in the document that was created by Word, but I don't know how to get Calibre to connect it to the "table of contents" kindle button. |
