How to get rid of the content TOC
My calibre is 0.8.64 and I'm under Windows Vista, trying to create a Mobi file for Kindle.
The problem is when I don't create this original TOC, the 2nd one, the metadata one, isn't created in Mobi, even though I'm using headings H2 in my Word file. When I have the original TOC in Word/HTML, the 2nd TOC is created and I can't get rid of the first one at this stage of the proceedings. The first one isn't enough as it's not detected by the Kindle for the PC device I have, in terms of finding a TOC to which to go. So, the final question is, how to get rid of the content TOC, to be left only with the metadata one? Thanks. |
