				My Clippings

			Hi

Just got a new Kindle and I'm discovering the great 'My Clippings' feature. I am sure my now defunct 3 year old Kindle didn't have My Clippings - although I am discovering my new Kindle is very quick when I highlight text. My old Kindle used to hang around for ages, like its memory was struggling. So maybe there was a problem that I was unaware of. To my question if I may: Quite a lot of my books are for research, and I'd really like to have 'My Clippings' in a convenient order. I've seen some apps or macros that would download the text blocks and sort them out. Does anyone have experience of sorting their 'My Clippings'? Perhaps there is a kind person here who could recommend a system? Thanks for any help you can provide |

My Clippings has been there from the beginning. My K1 has it.

I don't know about the sort utilities. I'd write one if I needed one. |

Thanks Susan for answering, I suspected the 'My Clippings' had a software problem from the outset, but had nothing to compare it too.

Well that was easy! In case anyone else would like to know.

	1. Copy 'My Clippings' to a new file on computer 2. Upload this file to http://www.clippingsconverter.com to convert How easy is that! I also opened the original My Clippings in a text editor and deleted content. Now I have a clean My Clippings file. Easy.... |
