Calibre Automation?
Can Calibre be set to run automatically at system startup and monitor a folder for files to convert without having to add them manually?

You can set any program to start up at system Logon Add the Shortcut to the Startup folder of the Systems programs Menu

Set up a Calibre auto add folder. Preferences: Adding Books: On The Automatic Adding TAB
