PRS-T1 problem with syncing

Hi,

first I'm sorry, mine English is awfull, but anyway I need your help...

I have PRS-T1, original software. On the device I have plenty of academic documents (both text-pdf as well as scanned-pdf) with huge amount of notes. Right now I want to clean mine reader and save notes at PC (I dont want to carry them on the device but at same time I dont want to lose them).

I've installed Reader for PC (Win XP) start "syncing" but just one book/article gets copied, not all. Next time is overwritten by another one.

What shall I do? That was the main reason for buying PRS-T1..

There are a couple of programs here and in the development corner for saving the notes to your pc. They might be a couple of pages down.
