Borders E Customer Service 10% Coupon

Miami FL area people interested in purchasing a 505:

On 31 December 07, went to Borders website to reserve a PRS-505 in Silver at the Borders in Dolphin Mall, Miami FL. Because of Borders' delay in answering the reservation email, Borders E Customer Service sent a link with a 10% coupon that was valid for anything in the store. I read the fine print closely.

Unfortunately, the coupon displayed in the link expired on November 1, 2007.

However, called Borders at Dolphin Mall; spoke to the manager (Joe) who said he would honor the coupon as long as I brought the email that CS sent and the coupon.

He/they did, and was able to purchase a Silver 505 for $269.99 plus FL tax of 18.90 for a total of $288.89.

As of 1/1, they had five Blue, and one Silver left.
