Controlling Page Breaks

I would prefer not to have H2 heads preceded by a page break. From the Structure Detection dialog, I see the code that manipulates it and have removed the H2 part of the expression.

The first time it did not work, I discovered that it will not work when you convert HTM files; you must open an ePub file and convert it.

Still no luck.

This isn't the end of the world so I will not sweat it too much, but if there are some hidden gotchas or caveats for this, I'd be grateful for knowing them.
