				Metadata local and library remote

Hi, Just rebuilt my laptop and can't get this working again like it used to. I had (I think): metadata.db locally at c:\users\me\Calibre Library\metadata.db Books remotely at Y:\media\books CALIBRE_OVERRIDE_DATABASE_PATH set to c:\users\me\Calibre Library\metadata.db in Windows Env variables settings (no batch file) I've copied my original metadata.db to the same location as it was before. When I lauch calibre it sits on the splash screen, ticking away at about 5% CPU with steadily increasing memory, but doesn't load. I've also got the following in global.py: database_path = 'C:\\Users\\me/library1.db' (tried changing this, but Calibre keeps changing it back) library_path = u'Y:\Media\Books' What am I missing here??? Thanks Gary |
