Adobe Digital Editions

I've been putting books I've bought through my local bookstore onto my Kobo Touch by downloading the e-pub from Google through Adobe Digital Editions. This morning I have a book I downloaded that is not showing it's cover art. It was there in ADE and then it was not. I can't seem to get it back even after deleting the book from ADE and re-downloading it. I can't find where ADE puts the books it downloads to make sure the original download is gone (as I believe deleting the book from the ADE library does not delete the actual book file.

Does any one know either where the e-pubs in ADE get stored, or how to repair the file to get the cover art back?

If you're using Windows (you don't say) ADE's downloads are in documents/My Digital Editions.

You're correct that deleting the book from within ADE doesn't delete the file from the My Digital Editions folder. When re-downloading ADE just ads a number to the end of the file name if it finds another one already there.

Thanks for the info. It seems there is something wrong with the actual book file as the cover does not show up when reding the book directly from Google either.
