Problem with calibre Fetch news

I have been using the Fetch News function for a long time without any problems, but for the past two days have been unable to download anything.

This is the error message I receive...

Try uninstalling calibre, deleting c:\program files\calibre2 and then re-installing. This will not affect your books/settings.
