Calibre - Kindle communication problem
A friend has been in touch with me with the following problem:
calibre, version 0.8.5 ERROR: Error: Error communicating with device The reader has no storage card in this slot. Traceback (most recent call last): File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 62, in run File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\device.py", line 364, in _upload_books File "site-packages\calibre\devices\usbms\driver.py", line 234, in upload_books File "site-packages\calibre\devices\usbms\device.py", line 845, in _sanity_check ValueError: The reader has no storage card in this slot. The strange thing is that her newspaper loaded automatically when she connected her Kindle but this error message came up when she tried to transfer a book. Can anyone help |

right click the send to device button and reset the default action to be send to main memory
|
