Find out which books have OEBPS in toc?

Whenever I convert books in calibre, the cover is placed in the file Text/titlepage.xhtml but toc.ncx doesn't reflect this and most of the time, the Cover link in the TOC points to OEBPS/Text/[somefile].htm.

One question and one request

Question: How can I find which books in my library have the string OEBPS in toc.ncx? The ones I've discovered recently I have manually updated toc.ncx to point to the right cover page - Text/titlepage.xhtml - but I have many books which I have not done this and would like to update them.

Request: Could calibre update toc.ncx automatically during a conversion so the Cover link in toc.ncx points to the right file and not to the inexistent OEBPS directory/file?

Many thanks !
