Onyx Boox M92 boot/crash

I left it alone for about one week, and now it displays the following message : "Battery low, Please charge."
I plugged it in the wall socket and left it for about an hour, but nothing happens when I try to turn it on. I also tried to do a reset, and a hard reset ( pressing reset and on button at the same time). When connected to the charger (wall or usb) the led turns on. If I hold reset and on for about ten seconds, the led turns off, and if release any of the buttons the led turns back on.

Did this happend to anyone else ?
