If you are running Calibre2opds in batch mode then the GUI is not displayed at all so that question is not asked.

Batch mode does require you to have previously set up the generation parameters via the GUI. In theory it could be done by hand as they are stored in a XML file, but that is error-prone and unsupported.

I run the run.sh file and my profile.xml as allreday generated.

But at all time, the run.sh file asking for increase my export folder

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Any chance of a screen shot showing the error you are getting?
