No, anyway the processor isn't the slowest "cog" in the system. Wouldn't do much good to speed up the processor.

It would do some good to speed up the processor. Especially with Embedded fonts.

Speeding up the processor would, however, decrease the battery life. Would you be willing to make that compromise?

Well, if it detected the embedded font and sped up the processor for just that book, it would be OK.
