epub to mobi - process killed while "serializing images"
Greets all,
Running Ubuntu 11.10 on my eeePC netbook, maxed @ 2GB RAM, when doing the conversion from epub to mobi, either from the command line or the GUI, I see "Serializing images" for quite awhile, then "Killed" in the progress indicator. I'm guessing it's running out of memory and this 227MB epub does have a ton of .pngs associated with it. Any thoughts about how to resolve? I'm game for trying other software too. Thanks! jbN |

Use the option under MOBI output to not convert images.
