Import MetaData an Tags

Hi,
cause I have holidays and its bad weather I used to to a little "homework" and added my calibre information on
- Shelfari
- GoodReads
- LibraryThing

When I look at f.e. LibraryThing I really would like to get some information back into my Calibre database.

Looks like at the moment only Goodreads is supported with a plugin.
Cannot find the LibraryThing plugin anymore.
And there seems to be no Shelfari plugin available, too.

Is there some sort of FAQ or Howto for dealing with these online books databases in a way I want to use them to get metadata and tags?
