Troubleshooting how do I reset the kindle to factory( menu is not working)

The homepage of my kindle is blank，and when I touch menu button, it doesn't response.
I want to reset the kindle to factory, how to do it without menu?

Hold Start button for 60 seconds. It may have to be repeated several times.

Before doing that, do an overnight charge.
