Problem with Turn ON after after buttery finishe

Please Help me with this i have no idea what to do… i bought Kobo vox ereader weeks ago…

I viewing pictures on device and battery was very low… and suddenly turn off.

I plug to power..

From that momemt I can turn it on. I keep button on the top by 6 s. and screen is black and light is blinking. I push the button on back side of device to reset and still nothing. I try even with button volume + and then he turn on for a while, on the screen shows message like this:

About 15s.

“Resetting your Kobo eReader”

Your kobo eReader is being resert, and will restart in a moment.”

Then about 2s:

for a while:

“Software Update”

“Restarting”

Then:

Black screen and three buttons on the botton are lightning. And nothing happen all the time.

I try with USB and PC ... but external card can see my laptop... and another partitions is hiding...
Any suggestions?

have you tried again after a full battery recharge.

then you might have to hold the power button for a few seconds (maybe 10)

I think its better when you charge just before it turns off. Mine is always a little tempermental right after I've let the battery completely die.
