Looks like a disk i/o error.
Perhaps run chkdsk or check user permissions?

That appears to be a hardware or accessibility problem

Check your Windows Event Viewer. There might be some clues in the 'system log'

I ran chkdsk and I assume everything was okay since I didn't get any kind of report.

I don't know what user permissions to check - what file should I be checking?

I looked at the system log and couldn't understand any of it. I'll try that again tomorrow when my brain is less foggy.

When you run chkdsk, be sure to use the option "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors", or the /R parameter if you are running from the command line. Without this option, chkdsk looks only at the structure of the files, not the contents.

Look at (recent) items marked with a RED X. Some will be Abends.
The one's you are looking Not to see are ones that imply Disk IO errors. If you are lucky, like I was and catch the drive while it is only doing extra retries, I Cloned that puppy and replaced it.

Yes, I did do that; apparently no problems.

Thanks; that certainly narrows down what I need to look for. I'll try again after some coffee.

I just see a missing GPS, and a Network (wifi?) adapter missing/OFF if I read that right.
No HD errors in what you show

What is a GPS and if it's missing where might I find one? (sorry for being so ignorant).

Wifi is the only possible network and is working fine so don't understand that at all.

Global Positioning System
Usually used with mapping/trip routing software. Most of the time, mine is un-plugged (I know where I am going locally )

Is this a Laptop and you are using a wired connection? Or the Router may have just dropped you when you were sending something.

What I would do to track down problem.

Run check library again in case you have managed to fix the problem.

Make a new library and add several books and check library

If new library works, copy old library to a different directory switch to copied library and run check.

By copying the library you should get an error message if there is a file that is not copyable for whatever reason. Might help.

Other things but that is a start. And never hurts to have an extra backup.
