Memory Error when trying to do conversion

I've tried to convert a large .MOBI book (a Bible to be precise) to .EPUB several times and it's failing. Here's the latest log output:

This is the furthest it's ever gotten!

STEPS TAKEN:
1) Updated Calibre to newest build.
2) Did full reboot of computer and attempted conversion with Calibre as ONLY running app.
