WAF texteditor (no thread hijack :p)
I was looking at this and thought if I add a button that downloads the contents of the <textarea> as a txt file, you might be able to make a portable script writer. I searched the web but they all need php, Doomy-Microsoft.NET or another SSScriting language. I know this is possible because of editpad.org.

I don't think this would work too well because even if the kindle browser is able to handle downloads, you would probably have to add a new handler for text files, and you wouldn't be able to pick the save location.
