US files suit to compel use of Amazon low prices

The US Attorney General has filed suit against Amazon and 5 book publishers to allow Amazon to keep eBook prices low.

To prevail they would have to prove conspiracy among defendants.

Did you read the article you linked? Amazon is not named in the suit.
