iPhone Audiobook apps with >4x playback speed?

I've been listening to audiobooks in the "3x" playback mode of the Audible.com app. I think I would actually prefer to go somewhat faster. Does anyone know of an app that will go at higher speeds?

I have no idea, because I always listen at standard speed. But I do have a question; why do you want to listen at higher speeds?
