.cbz to .pdf changes order of book

When I change a .cbz or .cbr to .pdf it will come out okay for the most part, but sometimes the files will change order, like the first couple of pages will be in order, but then it jumps to about 10 pages into the book for about 3 pages, then go back the pages after the first ones something like:

[2]
[3]
[4]
[12]
[13]
[14]
[5]
[6]
[7]
[8]
[9]
[20]
[21]
[22]
[23]
[24]
[10]
[11]
etc.
How do I fix this? It's annoying having to go through the whole things and putting them in the correct order

Order is based on filenames in the cbz file. If the file names dort correctly, the order will be correct, otherwise it will not. There is an option under Comic Input int he conversion settings that tells calibre to use the order the files were added to the cbz instead of sorting by filename as well.
