Under Kindle Store I keyed in "UFOs" in the search line and came up with a lot of kindle hits. One was Edward J. Ruppelt's classic "The Report on Unidentified Flying Objects" -- and it was $0.00!

So I got it. A little further down the page, under "Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought", there quite a few similar older books the bulk if not all of them $0.00. If you're interested in UFOs, Ghosts, "Across Asia on a Bicycle", etc., this may be a page you'd like. Note that I do suspect many of the books are from Project Gutenberg....
