Bulk Conversion and Interupting Errors

Is there any way to stop an error message coming up every time there is a book in a bulk conversion that won't convert? I would like to run the bulk conversion mobi to epub and ignore it until done. But it stops whenever an error occurs.

If I look under jobs....it will tell me when it's done which books are X'd.

It doesn't stop, it just shows the error message, conversion will continue.
