Add .iBook in the E-Book Format Forum
I suggest .iBook be added to the E-Book forum. Apple's iAuthor will need a place, other than the Apple forums, where users can go for good advice.

Maybe another sub-forum under 'Other Formats'? At least and until there's a decent amount of posts for it I can't see it needing it's own forum like ePub or Mobi.
