Are there any other (free, out of copyright) translations of War and Peace available anywhere?

I find this one very stilted, and a lot of it is just not really English.

I don't know about free, and I don't know how good it is but there are several versions of War and Peace available at Amazon including one with an active TOC for around 99 cents.
