Project Daddy, which looks to be 1st in a series by Kate Perry (there is another book by this author called "Project Date"), is suprisingly not one of those "secret baby" romances which apparently make up a large and popular subgenre niche.

This is instead a workplace-based contemporary romance which looks like it falls into the not-quite-as-wildly-popular but still significant "friends-to-lovers" subgenre niche, free courtesy of Kensington's Zebra imprint. Though who knows, they still might end up sticking a secret baby somewhere in there.

Free @ B&N and Amazon UK, will likely drop in the main store and not show up elsewhere, as it seems that Sony and Kobo no longer get the Kensington freebies any more.
