Kindle App - access mobi files from computer??

I am using a rooted Nook Tablet with the Kindle App for Android installed.

Is there a way to use the App to access Kindle .mobi books that are on my computer's hard drive or the Nook's sd card?

I just don't see where you can navigate to any external media devices.

If not, is there another android reader app that might do so?

You will have to move the .mobi files to the /kindle/ folder on your tablet in order to access/read them.

you could also just open files and go get the file you want if you're adding only one.
