Getting Nook Color and Tablet exclusive content on the Kindle Fire?
I know people here have NOOK readers too, so just thought I'd ask...

Basically, they're finally releasing the Garfield comics, the latest and the first two books, at the end of the month as ebooks. Something that I've been dying to have since digital copies started getting popular. Sadly, they're NOOK Color/Tablet exclusives and probably won't ever show up in the Kindle store because of the rights.

They are also Android devices, so I'm thinking this could be simple to do... Is there a way I could somehow convert it/get it to load in the Nook Android app?

I want them more for the inserts in-between than I do for the comics, I know you can get those anywhere, even have an app that has all the newspaper ones.

When you purchase ebooks from B&N, they show up in the nook app when it installed on another device. Isn't that correct?

I don't have kindle books but what I got from B&N are in my Nook app on the Fire. I did have the nook tablet at one time but when I returned it, the books are still in that app on my Fire.

Unless perhaps these comic books that are going to be ebooks are formatted differently?

A few words of caution: not all Nook books work within the Nook app. You need to read each product description to see if it says NOOK Color & Tablet only or also lists the Nook for Android app.

I would be surprised if there wasn't a thread on xda to get those exceptions readable on the nook app or other resource if it was possible.
